Fantastic location and lovely room. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We found the room tidy and inviting. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful.
Charming hotel in a prime spot with extremely friendly staff. The room was on the smaller side but still comfortable, equipped with everything we needed including a fan as there was no air conditioning. We felt secure and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. There’s a convenient parking garage close by since the hotel lacks on-site parking. Highly recommend staying here again!
The hotel is wonderful, and the staff is fantastic. The room size was just right for one person. Note, there’s no closet and no housekeeping during longer stays, which makes it more suitable for brief visits. It's located right by Union Square, which is perfect. Just be mindful that taxis and Ubers won’t stop directly on Powell Street.
Incredible value for the price. Excellent location right opposite the historic Powell Street cable car. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary beverages were a nice touch before a day of exploring. Kudos to the owners!

Ideal location near many good dining options. Easy to get to from SFO by taking the train to Powell Station and walking a short distance to the hotel.
